Sativa-Dominant Cultivars

Cherry Bomb

Newly released to the BC Cannabis Store and available to consumers in this westernmost province, Cherry Bomb is a high-potency THC sativa-dominant hybrid. Boasting 18-25% THC, and combining Hawaiian Landrace with OG Kush, Cherry Bomb produces dense, elegant buds with a terpene profile made of beta-Pinene, Limonene, and Nerolidol, Cherry Bomb gives off a sweet aroma with hints of cherry. Cherry Bomb is perfect for a social get-together, or a night out when you could use a little extra pep in your step.

 

LeeRoy OG

Another high-potency sativa-dominant hybrid containing 20-23%, LeeRoy OG is bred by crossing Triangle Kush with Rare Dankness #2. Massive, hand-trimmed buds are coated in trichomes, complimenting the orange pistils that give this strain its rare colour. One sniff of this will fill the nose with the aromas of oranges and pinewood. This cultivar is excellent for daytime use, or for activities that could use some stimulation of creativity.

 

Acapulco Gold

A decades-long legendary strain with Central American genetics, JC Green’s execution of Acapulco Gold is guaranteed to pleased even the most discriminatory of experienced cannoisseurs. A sativa-dominant hybrid, boasting the high-THC that JC Green’s strains are known for, Acapulco Gold has large, dense buds that give off an earthy and musky aroma. A highly resinous cultivar, this strain contains concentrations of 20-24% THC. This strain is a great pick-me-up, with users of this famous strain reporting feelings of energy, arousal, happiness, and creativity.

 

Indica-Dominant Hybrids

French Macaron

This indica-dominant hybrid is cultivated by crossing French Cookies with Gelato 33, and contains a moderate-to-high level of THC with 15-19%. This THC-dominant cultivar produces large, beautiful purple and red flowers with the danky scents of gas, musk, and cream.  French Macaron is a real winner of a cultivar if you’re looking to kick back, relax, and get some calm and quiet.

 

Pyramid

Another indica-dominant hybrid created by crossing Triangle Kush and Maestro Synchronicity, Pyramid provides a moderate-to-high THC level of 16-20%. Upon opening a package of Pyramid, hints of gas, lemon, and sandalwood will grace your nose. This flower can hit hard, making it perfect for the appreciation of all cannasseurs truly looking for a mellow effect.

 

Cannadian Cookies

This 2:1 THC:CBD indica-dominant hybrid is perfect for beginners to cannabis, as it has a lower THC content of 9% accompanied by 5% CBD. The buds of Cannadian Cookies are light green in colour and coated in frosty trichomes, which is very pleasing to the eye. Rich terpenes in this strain give off an aroma of lemon and pine. This strain is fantastic for keeping a clear head while leveraging the symbiotic relationship between THC and CBD.

 

CBD Strains

CD1

CD1 is JC Green’s CBD strain, cultivated through crossing a male with a female Cannatonic CBD strain. This sativa-dominant, high-CBD strain with 10-13% CBD with has high terpene content of around 2.2%, with the terpene profile including beta-Pinene and beta-Caryophyllene. This strain’s genetics intentionally engage the Endocannabinoid System through The Entourage Effect, where cannabinoids and terpenes work in harmony to increase one another’s overall efficacy. This strain gives off an intense tangerine aroma.
