COVID-19 Shipping Notice

Due to COVID-19 most couriers have made statements outlining delays impacting certain cities and distribution centres that they operate, please read the statements depending on the courier you choose.

 

Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST Monday – Friday will be placed in our processing queue, any order placed after 9:00 AM will be scheduled for the next business day.

While we try our best to have orders sent out the next day please allow up to 48 hours from the time of ordering for us to process your order.

Late Orders

Have you not received your order by the estimated delivery date?Contact our client care team at customservice@jcgreen.ca or 226-499-8990 to open a ticket and we will monitor your package tell it’s arrival.

Lost Orders

If you have a missing or lost order contact our client care team at customservice@jcgreen.ca or 226-499-8990 to open a ticket.

  • Client ID
  • Order Number
  • Orders must be in transit for 13 business days before they can be deemed as lost.

JC Medicinal provides free shipping on purchases over a minimum amount.

Payment Options

Clients can pay using Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, and Visa Debit.

Product Exchanges & Refunds
At JC Medicinal all sales are final, however we understand that you might receive a product that does not meet your expectations or was damage in transit.
 
To issue a refund or replace a product we will require the following. Please note without meeting the listed criteria your product may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Locate and document the following information

  • Strain Name
  • Net Weight
  • Package Date
  • Lot Number
  • Bottle Number
  • Photos of the packaging and product

Contact our client care team at customerservice@jcmedicinal.ca or contact us over the phone at 226-499-8990 to start the 

  • Our client care team will provide you with a return label to have your product returned to JC Medicinal if the product has been deemed eligible.
  • We can not replace any product without receiving the original product at our facility.

Once your product has been received we can provide a replacement or refund.

  • If the product ordered is no longer in stock a credit will be applied to the clients account.
How do I apply Compassionate Pricing to my order?
  1. Add the desired products to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Select your shipping option
  4. Review your order and apply the compassionate pricing
    • To apply the compassionate pricing discount there will be small check box displayed on the right side of your screen.

If you submitted a compassionate pricing program application and do not see the option to apply the program discount please contact our customer service team at customerservice@jcgreen.ca

Healthcare Practitioners are more then welcome to complete the patient’s prescription on their own medical document templates or you may choose to download ours at the link here

Sending Medical Documents to JC Medicinal

Medical documents are only accepted via fax, you can fax a patients medical document to our secure fax line at (833)964-0884.
