Orders placed before 9:00 AM EST Monday – Friday will be placed in our processing queue, any order placed after 9:00 AM will be scheduled for the next business day.
While we try our best to have orders sent out the next day please allow up to 48 hours from the time of ordering for us to process your order.

- Net Weight
- Package Date
- Lot Number
- Bottle Number
- Photos of the packaging and product

- Our client care team will provide you with a return label to have your product returned to JC Medicinal if the product has been deemed eligible.
- We can not replace any product without receiving the original product at our facility.
Once your product has been received we can provide a replacement or refund.
- If the product ordered is no longer in stock a credit will be applied to the clients account.
